Bishop Robert L. Williams Jr. was born November 20, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was raised in Brooklyn, New York and is the first born son of Robert Sr. and Wilhemina Williams.
He has been married to First Lady Charisse A. Williams for 42 years and is the proud father of three sons and grandfather of six.
He served honorably in the United States Air Force and later worked 28 years with the MTA New York City Transit Authority.
After coming to Christ in 1987, he served faithfully in ministry and later founded Salt of the Earth Ministries in 2003.
Today the ministry continues its mission of Evangelizing, Equipping, and Empowering the people of God.
